Terms of Service
1. About this service
Korokk Studio ("Studio", "we", "us") is a private publishing and content-management tool operated by Mohd Safwan Abd Rahman, an individual developer based in Malaysia. It is reachable at https://korokk.com and is used by its operator and authorised collaborators to write posts, prepare media, and publish that content to websites and social accounts they own.
2. Who may use it
Studio is an invitation-only tool. You may use it only if you are the operator or a collaborator who has been given access, and only in relation to accounts you lawfully control. You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum age required by the platform you are publishing to.
3. TikTok integration
Studio offers an optional TikTok integration. When you connect a TikTok account:
- You authorise Studio through TikTok's official Login Kit (OAuth). Studio never asks for or stores your TikTok password.
- With your permission, Studio reads your own basic profile information, your own public video list, and your own account statistics so it can display them to you.
- With your permission, Studio may upload and publish video content that you select, to the authenticated TikTok account only. Nothing is ever posted to any other person's account.
- Posting happens only when you explicitly trigger it. You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting the account from Studio or from your TikTok settings.
- Your use of TikTok remains governed by TikTok's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Studio does not control, and is not responsible for, TikTok's review, distribution, or removal of content.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the text, images, and videos you create or upload. You grant Studio only the limited permission needed to store, process, and transmit that content to the destinations you choose. You confirm that you own or are licensed to use everything you upload.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Studio to publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or that violates the rules of the platform you are publishing to; to access accounts you do not own; or to interfere with the operation or security of the service.
6. Third-party services
Studio relies on third parties to operate: GitHub (hosting and version storage), Cloudflare (network and access control), and Composio (OAuth connection management for integrations such as TikTok). Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their part of the service.
7. Availability and changes
Studio is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. We may update these Terms; the current version is always published at this URL, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Studio and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of content, reach, revenue, or account standing arising from use of the service or from actions taken by third-party platforms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
